10 Years of The Packaging School — And We’re Just Getting Started

Hello! I’m Dr. Andrew Hurley, Professor of Packaging Science and co-founder of The Packaging School—an online learning platform built so anyone can learn the language of packaging.

• The Certificate of Packaging Science is a comprehensive foundation that teaches you the language of packaging—so you can apply confidently for new roles or step into (and successfully complete) packaging responsibilities in your current role. You’ll work on your own time to complete 60 hours of content, and can reach out to our team with any questions at any time.

• The Certificate of Packaging Management (CMPM) includes everything in the Certificate of Packaging Science—plus additional courses in project management and human factors. It’s about 80 hours of content. The primary benefit of this program is that you are on a 12-week timeline and have 1:1 professor coaching and a custom capstone project tailored to your portfolio or current role or specific challenge or need. And no experience is required. Most of our students have full-time responsibilities and are able to make room to accomplish this program in just 12 weeks.
