Have you ever wondered if your used, greasy pizza box can be recycled?
Many folks are under the impression that something has to be clean and pristine in order to be recycled, but that is not always the case.
The American Forest and Paper Association and WestRock state that used pizza boxes are indeed recyclable. The groups found that grease residue and cheese do not affect the recyclability. This finding has been supported by an array of other associations.
