Which is correct?
Do you use these labels interchangeably?
Should you?
Both groups head to the store and buy things, right?
Well, sort of. It’s a little more complex than that.

While they’re both types of customers, shoppers and consumers have very different decision-making mechanisms.
One might require a bit more effort on your part to sell them on a product.
